Dear Travel Partners,
The Turkish American Tourism Council (TATC) consists of reputable travel agencies, DMCs, hotels, and restaurants based in Turkey with a commitment towards the Americans Outbound Travel Market.
TATC's mission is to serve the needs of the American travel industry and the American traveller to Turkey in an honest and competent manner.
TATC will strive to work with the Turkish and American tourism bodies, airlines, and various associations in order to promote "Destination Turkey" in America and offer destination and product training to the American outbound travel trade.
TATC ensures that the following Code of Ethics is practiced by its members.

 

TATC - Code of Ethics

 

1- TATC members will provide accurate and honest information about their
products and services.
2- TATC members will provide complete details about the product sold in
terms of time, place, duration, the cost of product, terms and conditions
including cancellation and service fee policies.
3- TATC members are committed to providing prompt and excellent service
to their cleints and partners while improving their products and services
towards providing the best value possible.
4- Any complaints towards the services of a TATC member will be responded
to and dealt with in a timely manner by the TATC Board.
5- TATC members will treat every client transaction confidentially and will
not share information, product knowledge, and creative ideas with the
competitors of the provider.
6- TATC members recognise the right of making profit of their businesses, their
fellow members, their suppliers, and partners.
7- TATC members protect the best interest of their employees in terms of fair
wages, education, career opportunuties.
8- TATC members have first right of refusal on equal terms of service, rates
and conditions to their fellow TATC colleagues.
